Anyways, this goes without saying, but Kpop is definitely not what it was when I was 12 years old who was filled with excitement and curisity for this "new" thing that she had discovered. Obviously I've grown since then (both physically and mentally) and so there were times where I believed that at a certain age I'd grown out of it or find something else to obsess over. Buuuut, 1) I did find new things to appreciate but they were just added to the list 2) its been YEARS and I'm still here.
Perhaps there might come a time where the kpop-y sound will become too generic and boring for me but my love for K-music is forever. I feel that eternal love when I listen to artists like Standing Egg, 10cm, Phantom, Zitten, Kim Bum Soo, 4Men, Oh Hyuk, Brown Eyed Soul, Clazziquai, Davichi, K.Will, Park Hyo Shin, Zion. T and many others.
But you know what? every time I think that I might maybe be shifting away from the Kpop world, one of my fave groups releases a single and I'm like
"What is sleep?" "Who is life??" "Are my edges still intact!!??" "Omgggg" I basically turn into a fangirling mess. So yeah, I'm definitely still into Kpop.
